Re-Enrollment

As a result of the new Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Program, CCS will need to complete re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year earlier than in previous years. Re-enrollment is for currently enrolled students only.

The Oklahoma Tax Commission's application process for 2024 opens on December 1, 2023, with the priority window (household income of $150,000 or less) closing on February 1, 2024. To accommodate our families we will need ALL STUDENTS to re-enroll or notify us by November 13th so that we can have information ready when the application process opens on December 1st. 

Your student(s) is(are) not officially re-enrolled until we receive the completed Doctrinal Statement and Fees and Financial Policy form. We will be sending information via email concerning options (online or paper) on how to complete this document.

The deadline for enrollment fees ($125 for each student) to paid to CCS will be moved to March 31, 2024, but each family will need to sign their Parental Commitment/Doctrinal Statement and the Fees & Financial Policy form by November 13th. We will have this form available to sign at the November 6th meeting! It is the parent's responsibility to sign and return this form in order to re-enroll. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, stop by the school and sign your form by November 13th. (The meeting will be livestreamed and the recording will be available on the school's YouTube channel.)

Once we have updated re-enrollment for all current students, we will offer any available spots to new students, including siblings. If you have a child who is a sibling of a current student that you plan on enrolling for Fall of 2024, please make sure your child (who is not a current student) is on our waiting list.
